Annual General Meeting

As a not-for-profit club we are bound by our constitution to hold annual general meetings.  All members are openly invited to attend, in fact a quorum is required to ratify any voting items.

The next annual general meeting will be held as follows:

Date: Friday 23rd February 2024

Time: 7:00pm sharp

Venue: Manfeild Park Stadium Suites 1&2 (Entrance VIA Brendon Hartley Drive)

Financial Membership

Note that you have to be a paid up current member of the car club in order to attend.
